2008 Nannuo Forest Shengpu - Vintage Pu'er, 200 gr. Stone-pressed cake
Wild forest trees, growing freely on the rich soil of the undergrowth of Nannuo mountain, gifted us these special leaves, aged in Yunnan since 2008. Ten years later, we decided to press them by stone, secluding their unique fragrance in 200 gr. cakes.
Opening one of these cakes is a special experience, that reminds us of our forest: the aged leaves have brown hues that reflect the amber transparency of the liquor, and each sip releases multiple notes of flavor. All senses are immediately entranced by the aroma of fermentation, but a delicate note of unripe hazelnuts slowly emerges, immediately followed by the most fragrant aroma of incense, while a balsamic twist in the aftertaste refreshes the palate.
Complex and sweet, it's ideal to warm the body in the cold season, and can be drunk immediately or stored for future brews, always new and ever-changing.
These leaves have been selected by us in 2018 from our most trusted farmer in Nannuo, and pressed the same year.

Our tea production
This tea comes from the tea forest we own in Yunnan, in Nannuo and Lunan/Pasha mountain.
We take care of each leg of the production: from the care of the under-forest until package and distribution.
Generations of masters
Our production is entirely supervised by Yan Kunli, that was born and raised on Nannuo mountain, and in 2007 won the Pu'er Shengpu producer competition for the highest Shaqing skills, among all the Hani minority in Yunnan. He is the master in his craft, and we are proud to have him with us.
