Shipping - Asia
We ship from our studio in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. We use a private express courier that deals with all the international procedures, and it is very rare that a package is stopped at the customs.
The shipping time in China is 2-5 days, 7-12 days for all the other countries.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation from us, while the tracking code will follow in 4-5 days, as soon as the package leaves the Chinese export facilities.
If you live in Europe or North America and you prefer to have your goods shipped from our logistic center in Milan, Italy, you can refer to our international website: www.easternleaves.com.
All the goods in our .com website have been already imported in EU, therefore if you live in Europe or US you will enjoy a very quick shipment, without any added custom cost or delay.
The price of our .asia website are slightly lower because they do not include the cost of the import in EU; vice-versa, if you live in EU, buying from our .com website can assure you a quicker shipping and an hassle-free experience, without any custom involved.

Pricing and duties
The prices in this page are expressed in RMB. All the prices are inclusive of VAT taxation, where applicable.
Custom duties, where applicable, are not included: please be aware of your country rules about the foreign goods purchased. Eastern Leaves is not responsible on this side, but we do our best to support you.
Eastern Leaves’s Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied we will honor the exchange or return of your purchase.
We guarantee the product will arrive securely as well as beautifully packed. While very rare, breakage in shipping can happen. In the unlikely event of breakage please contact us and it will be replaced it at no additional charge. Please email email@example.com to arrange for a replacement or return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Shipping costs, where incurred, will be reimbursed, with the exception of additional costs deriving from a delivery request other than our standard courier.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
